You will receive a QR Code with which to open the locker reserved for you.
HOW TO REACH OUR LUGGAGE STORAGE:
From Piazza del Duomo (Historic Centre)
Find the large cathedral building (Duomo di Catania) overlooking the square. Exit the square through the main entrance. From the square side, walk towards a very busy street full of shops, Via Etnea. Turn left onto Via Vittorio Emanuele II. Walk straight for about 5 minutes. During the journey, observe the buildings: one of these will display a sign with a padlock indicating the luggage storage.
From Catania Central Station
On foot: exit the central station and you will find a square in front of the main entrance. Proceed in a south-west direction on Via 6 Aprile and continue straight. Once you arrive in Piazza Martiri della Libertà, turn right to take Via Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue straight for 15 minutes until you reach number 249. The luggage storage is marked with a sign.
By bus: Exit the Central Station and head towards the bus stop which is located right in front of the main exit. Search among the departing lines for the one indicating the city center (the 431N or the L-EX). When you hear or see the “Via Vittorio Emanuele II” stop, get ready to get off.
Walk along Via Vittorio Emanuele II for about 8 minutes until you reach number 249. The luggage storage is marked with a sign.
From Catania-Fontanarossa Airport
As soon as you leave the airport, take the ALIBUS, the fastest bus that connects the airport to the city. Get off at Central Station.

Collect your luggage is very easy!
Bring your QR code close to the QR reader and open your locker.
Then collect your baggages and close it.
You can reopen every time you want within 2 hours from your payment.
Assistance
Warning!
Make sure you enter a correct Email to be able to receive your QR Code (check also the spam).
Do not use lockers left open. First book and pay then deposit your baggages in the locker randomly assigned to you (the incorrect use of a locker found open will result in 5€ charge and the intervention of assistance)
